Covid -19 Safety Plan

We continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around COVID-19 very closely. We are following the guidance of all relevant health authorities, including Fraser Health, the BC Center of Disease Control and the Public Health Agency of Canada.

We remain open for business in our sales and service departments, with enhanced measures to protect our customers and our staff: 
 

 
  • We have posted a Safety Communication Plan at dealership entrances including best practices and handwashing techniques in all bathrooms.

  • We have increased our cleaning of public areas throughout the day and removed all communal things such as newspapers and foods.

  • We have placed hand-sanitizer stations in both the sales and service departments.  We have provided masks for customer to use if they do not bring their own and ask that they wear them.

  • We have marked the floor with tape and decals to identify safe places for customers and staff to effectively practice social distancing in both the Service and Sales departments.  We have added protective shields in the service and parts area to help with safe social distancing.

  • Westminster Toyota staff members are practicing increased hand washing and are wearing masks.

  • Seat covers have been installed in all customers’ service vehicles and technicians will wear disposable gloves at all times avoid touching any hard and soft surfaces on customer vehicles.

  • Showroom vehicles have been wiped down and locked. Vehicles can be opened at customer request and vehicles will be wiped down after each use.

  • We have a team of dedicated internet product advisors who can answer all questions online, send videos of vehicles and perform virtual test drives.
